Team Carolina Regional Tier I/AAA Program Announcement

Indian Trail, NC – The Team Carolina Hockey Association is pleased to announce that it will be offering tryouts for Tier I/AAA teams at the 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U and 15U age levels for the upcoming 2017-2018 season. Team Carolina was founded on the premise that all players in the Affiliate should have the opportunity to grow and develop into better hockey players without having to move away from home at an early age. As a regional program, it allows players from throughout the Carolinas to participate and develop their game with other players possessing a similar focus on high-level development and competition. The model is unique in that it provides more time during the week for players to participate in activities outside of hockey while establishing an intense combine style weekend format providing on-ice and off-ice training, video sessions, team building, etc.

Tryouts will be held April 28-30, 2017 at the Extreme Ice Center, Indian Trail NC and will be open to all players. Teams will play an independent schedule of Tier I/AAA tournaments and exhibition games. For the 2017-2018 season, weekday skill based practices will be offered in both Charlotte and Raleigh. Other locations may be added once final rosters are determined.

Program details and tryout information will be posted on the website as it becomes available.
